About Us

Mangonui is one of the main settlements in Doubtless Bay approximately 20kms from Kaitaia. Doubtless bay is one of the oldest ports in New Zealand dating from the early 1800s when it was a whaling base. Mangonui is also 'world famous' for the fish and chip shop situated on the wharf.
