About Us

Omapere is on state highway 12 near the entrance of the Hokianga Harbour and is the first beach settlement after leaving the Waipoua Forest area which embraces the giant kauri tree Tane Mahuta. Across the harbour from Omapere is the immense sand dunes of Niua which provide a stunning backdrop for this small town.
