About Us

The major hazards in Waitotara are light industry and freezing works. Other risks we have identified are SH 3 and our community hall.

The Brigade is supported by Waverley Brigade, which is about 10kms away.

Waitotara is a small town situated 35kms north-west of Wanganui with a population of approximately 300 people. The town building profile is predominantly residential with a small CBD with mostly light industrial to service the rural community.
