If you wish to lodge a complaint about any matter involving the New Zealand Fire Service, you can either contact your specific Fire Region listed below or email complaints@fire.org.nz. Please ensure you include your name, address and contact phone number in case we need more details to address your concern.

If you'd like to compliment the actions of any New Zealand Fire Service staff member or the Fire Service itself, please email compliments@fire.org.nz

Please be aware that many of our stations are crewed by volunteers so there may not be anyone available to take your call
